Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time
Most US orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery may take longer during holidays and busy seasons.

Shopping for a birthday or holiday?
Please order early to make sure your gift arrives on time. We can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Shipping cost
Free US shipping on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Multiple packages
If you order several items, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You won’t pay extra shipping for this.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we’ll do our best to fix it before the order ships.

Lost or late orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we’ll help track it down, or send a replacement or refund.
